About equipABLE

equipABLE is a pioneering student-led social enterprise from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

Our mission is to support persons with disabilities (PWDs), neurodivergent individuals, and those with special needs by developing inclusive HR tools and frameworks. Through real-world interviews, Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS), and Critical Incident Techniques, we aim to foster workplaces that embrace diversity and inclusion.
